Ordering From Outside The U.K

At Bournemouth Jeans we are committed to providing the highest level of service and satisfaction to our customers; we now want to expand our service to many countries within the E.U. It's simple, to place an order just contact us by email, detailing what you wish to order from our website. We will then send you a confirmation email, with the total cost and a transaction reference and give you instructions on how to make payment using our E.U Payment Page.

We can deliver to the following places; we have based this on using the Royal Mail Airsure service, which provides a tracking service to protect both you and us.

If you are not listed above, send us an email as we maybe able to help you, although we are unable to provide some brands/labels to non EU countries.

Postage Costs  

Our postage costs are calculated based on prices from The Royal Mail Airsure service. To keep postage costs to a minimum we will only send a maximum of two garments in one of our delivery bags, so if you order three items or more, your order will be split. We will obtain a tracking reference number which we can use if the item is reported missing, if you would like your tracking number please feel free to request it from us via email. Please note that our service within the E.U is exempt from our free delivery offer.

Returns  

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or need to exchange for a different size, just send us an email telling us why you want to return it. Then send it back to us at:

Please make sure all items are returned within a 28day period from when we despatched to you. All returns must be in a saleable condition, with all tags still attached. If this isn't the case you will not be eligible for a refund. If you require a different size, than you are responsible for further delivery costs; unless the item is found to be faulty. So please be certain of your size before you place your order.
